The parking area of this driveway was badly spalled as you can see in the next photo. The surface was power-washed to remove the weakest concrete topping, cracks were sealed, a special anti-spall coating was applied. Finally, the decorative concrete overlay was applied, colored and sealed with a contrasting border. The colors were selected to harmonize with the home's exterior wood stain.

The patio in the photo above was transformed with a decorative concrete overlay in a random stone pattern. The colors were drawn from the stonework at the entrance to the home.

The photo above is a close-up of the upper right hand corner of the patio in the befoire photo (next). A decorative concrete overlay with a randon rectangular slate pattern transformed the surface. Colors were chosen to compliment the surrounding buildings.

An attempt had been made to color the cement prior to the decorative overlay.
